Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-25.2 · Last updated: October 25, 2026

KidWeek DMV ("we," "us") is a paid service that helps parents and caregivers find activities for children ages 0–18. By creating an account, buying a membership, or listing a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it. You must be at least 18 to create an account. The service is for parents, guardians and caregivers, not for children. Keep your email account secure, because the sign-in link we email you is the key to your account. A spouse you invite shares your family account and may see and change everything in it.

1. Family content standard

We are a curated calendar for children. We decide what we list, and we do not list:

This standard applies to the content of events. It is not about who our members, providers or attendees are. Membership is open to everyone. We may remove any listing we believe falls outside this standard, at our discretion and without notice.

2. Child safety: zero tolerance

We immediately and permanently ban anyone who posts sexual content, sexualizes minors, uses the service to seek contact with children who are not their own, or advocates for sexual contact between adults and minors. We preserve relevant information and report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement. No one has a right to an account or a listing on this service.

4. Member conduct

6. Listings come from many sources

Most listings are gathered automatically from public websites and summarized by software, including AI. Dates, prices, ages and availability can change or be wrong. Always confirm details with the organizer before you go. We are not the organizer of listed activities and are not responsible for them, for what happens at them, or for your travel to them. Supervise your children.

7. Privacy

We collect as little as we can and never sell your information or show ads. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store, who helps us run the service, and how to delete your data.

8. Our service and your content

9. Ending your account

You can close your account yourself: in Family & filters, choose Close my account, then confirm from the link we email you. Closing cancels your membership right away with no further charges and deletes your family's data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you share your spouse's account, closing removes only your own sign-in. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the service or put children at risk.

10. No warranties; limits on liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep listings accurate and the service running, but we don't promise that it will be error-free, always available, or that any event will happen as listed. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at an activity you find through us, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

Each version of these Terms has a version number and date at the top. When we make an important change, the next time you open the app we'll show you a short summary of what changed and ask you to agree. You can agree, cancel your membership instead, or sign out. Until you agree, the earlier Terms you accepted keep applying to you. Continuing to use the service or letting a membership renew does not count as agreeing to new Terms. We keep a record of when you agreed and to which version.

12. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by Maryland law, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. Questions: hello@kidweekdmv.com.
